Victor Rebolledo didn't start Bedrock Surfacing & Coating from a corporate playbook. He started it from a decade of showing up, getting it right, and refusing to cut corners. Since 2015, Victor has been working in the concrete coating industry — grinding surfaces, mixing coatings, and learning what separates a job that looks good on day one from one that holds up for years.
In 2023, he founded Bedrock Surfacing & Coating out of Pasco, WA with one driving belief: every customer deserves the same care you'd give your own home. That's not a tagline. It's how Victor approaches every estimate, every prep job, and every final coat across the Tri-Cities, Yakima, and the broader Eastern Washington region.
Bedrock is family owned and operated — which means when you hire Bedrock, you get Victor. No subcontractors, no handoffs to a crew you've never met. Just a skilled, accountable professional who shows up ready to work and stands behind what he delivers. If it's on your property, it gets treated like it's on ours.
